This simple and fun drill helps young or inexperienced children develop proper fielding position and techniques important to fielding ground balls in the infield. I recommend only 10 cleanly fielded Alligators for younger children. As successes build you can increase the challenge level of the drill by increasing number of fielded balls, rolling the ball off to the side, and or, seeing how many balls in a row can be fielded cleanly.
